Yoga With Adriene is focusing on movement for this year’s 30 Day Journey.
I participated in last year’s Breath journey, and it was a huge benefit to the start of my new year.
By practicing yoga with Adriene, I’ve become conscious of my breathing habits, have learned to use the breathing techniques she teaches in day-to-day life, and have increased my physical health to a level I never thought I would see again.
It is a wonderful way to start the New Year. It’s so important to me, I made two posts to my site today because I really want to focus my mind towards this path.
